Human resource is the most fundamental factor in our sector. However, inadequacy of education given in the departments of translation and interpreting of universities and the fact that students do not have links with the sector during university education leads to insufficiency of human resource factor and thus improvement of human resources depends only on the toss of the coin. In this context, we have taken on as a duty to make necessary efforts for our sector to gain a more professional structure by making the greatest contribution possible to training up human resources. To that end, we promise to endeavour to bring the students into our sector by ensuring their direct contact with our expert translators during and after their education and delivering them seminars and trainings on entry into the sector.
